Forty-two Shipmates and guests, including the Mayor of Ferndown, Councillor Lawrence Wilson, and fellow Shipmates from Christchurch Branch, commemorated the 221st anniversary of The Battle of Trafalgar at Ferndown Golf Club on Saturday 24th October 2026.
Our Guest of Honour was Vice Admiral Sir Martin Connell, KCB, CBE, the former Second Sea Lord, accompanied by his wife Lady Penny.
All enjoyed an excellent night with good food and excellent speeches, in which we toasted The Immortal Memory of Admiral Lord Nelson.
